Our technology specialists are experienced with a range of applications including: Microsoft Access, SQL Server, Filemaker Pro, and Excel. Our staff are fluent with state reporting requirements and all data needs related to the Connecticut Data Warehouse. We have experience designing customized applications to support NCLB reporting, student management, staff management, curriculum delivery, professional development tracking, event registration/CEUs, event management, student report cards, standards-based assessments, and other data-driven decision making.

Connecticut Data Warehouse
The Connecticut Data Warehouse project, powered by TetraData, is an analysis and reporting system designed to promote student achievement by providing the tools to empower sound education decision-making. The system can establish, track and analyze performance benchmarks for districts, schools, classes, and individual students in K-12 over time. Through monitoring student learning and program usefulness at every level, educators are prepared to make informed decisions about the future of the organization. [brochure]

Scantron Assessment Solutions
EASTCONN has partnered with Scantron to offer affordable computer-based assessment solutions that allow districts to quickly and easily design assessments for individual students or classes of students, and to analyze assessment results on an ongoing basis. Teachers or administrators can either develop their own classroom or benchmark assessments, or take advantage of pre-developed online tests that adapt automatically to each student's individual instructional level.
